Get a taste of dogsledding on our 10-12 km self driven dogsledding tour in small group!
Husky Ranch Lapland is a cosy and small family owned husky farm with experienced and personal guiding/service.
When you arrive to Husky Ranch Lapland you are able to add some warm high quality thermal wear if needed. After driving instructions you are ready to meet your team of well-trained and people loving Alaskan huskies! There are two persons on each sled. You can change the driver at the midpoint of the tour if you want to.
10-12km Husky drive itself takes about 45-60min depending on the weather and snow conditions.
After the tour we will enjoy hot drinks and sweets by the campfire at the dog yard and you have time to take pictures and cuddle with the dogs.
There is no snowmobiles used on this tour and it is organized in eco-friendly way.

This tour is active self driving tour. The driver needs to be 15-65 years old and in good physical fit / body balance and fit in clothing size up to XXL.

Warm winter clothing: thermal underwear and mid layer(s) depending on how cold it is. We will provide the top layer if needed. Skiing goggles / sunglasses depending on the weather are also good to have. If you get easily cold in your toes and hands, the hand and toewarmers are recommended.
